At Cova Car & Bike Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”), we are committed to giving you a transparent and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the terms below.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the rental start date.
• Requests made less than 7 days before the rental start date are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
2. Refund Policy
• Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.
• Eligible refunds (cancellations 7+ days before) will be processed after deducting applicable admin/processing fees.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Utilization & Eligibility Issues
• No refunds will be provided if you fail to show up or use the service without cancelling in advance.
• No refunds will be provided if eligibility criteria (valid driving license, required documents, etc.) are not met.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
• In special cases beyond your control or caused by us, refunds/credits may be considered case-by-case.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, etc.) are excluded from refunds.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please provide the following when requesting a cancellation or refund:
• Booking reference number
• Full name & contact details
• Reason for cancellation/refund
Incomplete or invalid requests may be delayed or denied.
6. Amendments
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
